Returns Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address:
GV Bikes, Pooles Garage, Whitehall, Taunton, TA11PG.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to return or exchange your item in store.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will send you a return shipping label, free of cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Upon receiving your return, we will refund you for the full amount including the original postage cost.

Unwanted Items
If you change your mind about your purchase, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014, you are entitled to a full refund for the price of the goods and standard postage costs.
We will send you a return shipping label, free of cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Upon receiving your return, we will refund you for the full amount including the original postage cost.

IMPORTANT: We we always take back unwanted items within our 30 day returns policy as is required by UK law, but please consider the implications of making the return. We are an independent family dealership (not a big conglomerate!), and so there is a considerable amount of admin and cost for us to process these kinds of returns. Prior to purchase, if you are at all unsure about the item you are ordering, or sizing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us first. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or PayPal to process and post the refund too.
